Dear AAPOG Friends & Supporters,
We cordially invite you and your organization to attend the Asian American Peace Officers of Georgia (AAPOG)’s inaugural celebration of the AAPOG APA Heroes & Advocates Awards: Scholarship & Community Outreach Programs Fundraiser which will be held on Thursday, September 19th, 2013 from 6:00pm to 9:30pm at Oriental Pearl Seafood Restaurant, 5399 New Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA. The keynote speaker is Mark F. Giuliano, FBI Atlanta Division, Special Agent in Charge.
The AAPOG APA Heroes & Advocates Awards will be honoring our heroes and advocates whom have been our bridges to success:
This black-tie optional banquet is attended by Georgia’s civic and business leaders. Their generosity has enabled AAPOG to continue to offer programs and educational opportunities to further our mission of promoting the safety and well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in Georgia.
We will also have a Raffle during the Banquet with the objective of raising funds for the AAPOG APA Peace Officers Scholarship Fund which will be awarded to Asian Pacific Americans pursuing criminal justice studies and to children of APA peace officers and also benefit the AAPOG Community Outreach Fund. Your generous donation to the raffle will help us accomplish our goal and to provide the opportunity to display your generosity.
We are a 501(c)3 organization, with Raksha as fiscal agent, and your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. The last sheet of this package provides space to register individually, list your donation and raffle item details, and submit ads/congratulatory greetings to APA Peace Officers and 2013 honorees.
We invite you and your company to join us by sponsoring and attending the event. Sponsorship opportunities are detailed on the enclosed Sponsorship Benefits page and include benefits beyond the Banquet. Individual tickets, donations, and raffle tickets may also be purchased/paid online at aapog.eventbrite.com
Thank you for your support. We look forward to speaking with you in the next few days about the AAPOG APA Heroes & Advocates Awards Banquet. In the meantime, please feel free to contact our Banquet Chair and Executive Director, Tricia Sung, [email protected], 404-494-0362
